Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 2–3 business days of purchase (excluding weekends and public holidays)
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
  • Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping cost: Flat rate of $4.95 for orders under $100
  • Free shipping on all orders of $100 or more
  • Estimated delivery: 7–12 business days after processing

🌎 International

  • Shipping cost: Flat rate of $9.95 for orders under $100
  • Free shipping on all international orders of $100 or more
  • Estimated delivery: 12–15 business days after processing
  • International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer
  • Delays may occur due to customs processing, which is outside our control

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number
  • You can use this number to track your package directly with the carrier
  • Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation

Orders Marked as Delivered but Not Received

In some cases, your order may show as β€œDelivered” in the tracking system but you may not have received it yet. If this happens, we recommend the following steps:

  • Check with your local carrier or delivery service to confirm the package is not held at a local facility or delivered to a neighbor or nearby location (such as a local post office)
  • If you are unable to locate the package, we encourage you to file a lost package report with your local carrier
  • After filing the report, please contact us at support@orderlystorage.com and we will be happy to assist you with a reshipment if necessary

  • Please ensure all shipping details are correct before completing your order β€” we cannot be held responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses
  • While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to customs processing or carrier issues, particularly for international shipments
  • We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been marked as delivered. However, we will work with you and the carrier to find the best possible solution
  • Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed
