At Orderly, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date, provided that:
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- The item is in its original packaging
- You have proof of purchase (order confirmation email)
Items that cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used, assembled, or damaged after delivery
- Items returned after the 14-day return window
- Final sale items (if applicable)
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at:

Please include in your email:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for your return
We will review your request and respond within 2 business days. If your return is approved, we will send you detailed instructions on how to pack and ship your item back to us.
Please do not send any items back before receiving our return approval and instructions — unauthorized returns may not be processed.
3. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email within 2 business days.
If your return is approved:
- Your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned item does not meet our eligibility criteria.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately upon noticing the issue at:

- Your order number
- A clear description of the problem
- Photos of the damaged or incorrect item
Once we review your case, we will offer you one of the following solutions depending on the nature of the issue:
- Discount or store voucher applied to your order
- Replacement with the same product
- Exchange for a different product of equal value
- Full or partial refund where applicable
We always prefer to resolve issues directly and find the best solution for you — please reach out before assuming a return is necessary. In most cases, we can resolve the issue without requiring you to ship the item back.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges through our standard return process. However, if you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us and we will work with you to find the best resolution (see Section 5 above).
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or variant, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
